When you Define Yourself, You Confine Yourself
Always let your experience override your beliefs. Experience is real; ideals aren’t. Belief is what you're trying to make the truth; experience is what is true.
If you have a false statement about yourself, no effort can make that belief accurate. No action will validate your worth if you believe you are not good enough.
The belief you are not worthy can’t be proven because it’s not real.
When you think you can’t do it, look all over, and you won’t find valid evidence because it’s not a reasonable belief. While you may not become the most successful person in the world this year, who says you are not successful now? Only you do. This belief or limit is false and is the thing that holds you back. Your life is a journey.
Don't look to other people to validate ideals that aren't true. Your relationship doesn’t complete you. It compliments you
Never give someone the impossible job of completing you or making you happy. Let them be a compliment to your journey.
Take care of yourself first because people around us are only okay when you are.The best thing you can do for your career, family, and coworkers is to be happy.
How to handle boredom
Your business, relationships, and finances cannot grow beyond your emotional response – nothing can extend beyond your emotional response. Everything matches your Set-point of emotions on every subject that exists.
Don’t use the world in service of your happiness; use your joy in service of the world.
Your boredom is that emotion. Take your focus off what you're doing and put it on your feeling. Make unconscious boredom conscious to transcending it.
